High school football in Pinellas County often faces unpredictable weather. Last week's hurricane caused games to be rescheduled to Monday and Tuesday. Coaches played a key role in preparing their teams for these challenges by developing adaptable strategies to ensure player safety and performance in any weather.

Player Spotlights
This last week, several players showed the potential to make a big impact. Keep an eye on these standout athletes:

Makih Johnson WR  (Tarpon springs) - A D1 WR that has been a great addition for the Spongers will be key tonight against the Patriots!

Da'Mari Green Saf (Lakewood) - A Saftey that will have to control the back end for the Spartans tonight against a high powered passing attack of the Pirates

Largo's Defense (Largo High) - Will this defensive unit be able to corral ATH Jeff Jones? He is the weapon that makes the Devils offense go!

Gavin Galish QB (Osceola) - The QB has been solid and has weapons at his disposal. Will the warhawks be able to stop everything that will be thrown at them tonight?

Eli Millian QB  (Eastlake)- Has been the man for the Eagles and leads the county in passing yards. Can he carry them the rest of the season?
